Service Policies:
Check with your customer care specialist for the specific warranty that applies to the items you are interested in and they will be happy to explain all the warranty details for you before you make your purchase decision. Most furniture comes with a written warranty, usually tagged to the item in some fashion. Use care to keep these warranties in a safe place along with your receipt and anything else you remove from the furniture. Most manufacturers require a serial number in order to supply the correct parts for your item, those serial numbers are tagged on the items in some fashion and it is important that those tags remain in place where they can be referenced if there is any problem with your furniture and the correct parts can be ordered for you.

Service beyond the warranty period:
If your furniture is outside of the warranty period, we can still service it. We can’t force the manufacture to cover anything outside of their warranty terms, but in many cases we can get the parts and often times there are no charges for those parts that are still covered under warranty. No manufacture will cover labor costs beyond the initial one year warranty period. That is one reason why an extended warranty from Protection 1st is such a good investment. See the tab entitled extended warranty information (link) for the details, or contact a customer care specialist to get more information about the plan that is best suited for the items you are considering.

Outside of the one year free labor period, there is a nominal charge for the service technician’s time and materials and they will provide estimates before you approve the work to be completed. There is also a nominal charge if you would like our delivery staff to pick up the item from your home. We will make every effort to complete your service in a timely fashion and return your item during the next available delivery day. Service and pickup charges must be paid when the service is complete and the items are returned back to you. Our service technicians do not invoice for work performed. There may be charges for parts that are no longer covered under warranty and there may be associated shipping charges for parts that are sent as warranty replacements. Please ask a service technician for a price quote before your parts order is placed so that we can accurately let you know what to expect. There are no cancellations or refunds on parts orders and parts must be pre-paid before the work begins. Labor charges can be paid when your furniture is returned to you.
